TRANSFORMATION: Stephanie Seabrook had a tummy tuck after dropping 10st

A YOUNG woman who thought she would “die obese” managed to shed an amazing 10st in just six months by changing one thing.

Stephanie Seabrook looks unrecognisable after her incredible weight loss – but she didn’t even change her diet.

At her heaviest, the brunette beauty tipped the scales at 24st, but pushed herself to drop an amazing 10st, before undergoing a tummy tuck.

The 28-year-old, who now works as a personal trainer, is using social media to share her weight loss story and inspire others.

Revealing the secret behind her miraculous transformation, Stephanie admitted that she was in denial about her size until she snapped – and took up her life-changing hobby.

“I thought I was going to die obese – I couldn’t grasp it so I shut myself off from the world,” she said. “I wasn’t a big child but struggled when my parents divorced.”

She added: “I was embarrassed, I didn’t want people to know I had put weight on. I didn’t think of myself as a fat so I couldn’t come to terms with it.

“I just blocked people out – I lived in my own bubble, I went to work and then come home.

“One day I had enough and I went for a walk and kept walking until I couldn’t anymore – I ended up walking four miles.

“I did it every night and lost 20lb in a week without changing my diet. I realised I could do it.”

Stephanie managed to slim down by 5.7st in just over six months by walking for a few miles every day until she finally reached her dream weight.

Before her tummy tuck operation back in 2012, Stephanie wrote down all the hurtful remarks she had ever heard about her body on her stomach.

And when the surgeon removed the excess skin, the negative words were cut away too.

Now, the hot babe is proud of her sexy physique and the scars – which are a reminder of her inspiring achievement.

Stephanie, from Portland in Oregon, USA, said: “Before my tummy tuck my mum came up with an idea.

“We wrote all the things I had said to myself, what others had said, all the negative words, then the next day I went to surgery.

“The idea was all the negativity would all go with my baggy skin – it felt so good to wake up.

“It completely changed my life. I didn’t mind the naked me, I had so much more self-confidence.”

For the past two years, Stephanie has been sharing her story on Instagram and continues to attract followers looking for inspiration.

And she even met her husband, Kaycee, through the site while amassing an 30,000-strong army of dedicated followers.

She said: “I became a personal trainer because I didn’t think most really understand what it felt like to be obese.

“But I don’t take my clients to the gym, we go outside and I show them they can do it anywhere. I feel great for the first time. I have self-worth and now I match the person in my head.

“But I think society has a long way to go.

“It drives me crazy when people see obese people and assume they are lazy when they don’t know what they have gone through, or what health problems they are battling.

“I always say it’s not what you are eating, it’s what’s eating you.”

TRANSFORMATION: Suzanne lost over 6st in just 10 months

Stephanie isn’t the only person to have undergone an amazing transformation by making one change to her lifestyle.

Mum-of-one Suzanne Ryan dropped five dress sizes by eating her favourite foods including bacon, cheese and butter.

At her heaviest, the 31-year-old tipped the scales at a whopping 20st and was considering gastric bypass surgery.

But she successfully slimmed down by 6.8st by cutting out sugar and following the Ketogenic diet, which involves very little exercise.

Suzanne now follows a low-carb, high-fat food plan that encourages fat burn, while allowing her beloved fatty foods.
